Andrew Rzepa

Andrew Rzepa is a Partner at Gallup, leading the Public Sector division across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He specializes in designing and delivering large-scale projects with significant impact, focusing on data gaps to support evidence-based decision making. Andrew has extensive experience working with governments, foundations, academics, businesses, and UN entities, particularly on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He has led programs that developed innovative metrics for societal health and progress, which have been incorporated into national and international policy. Andrew also serves on various advisory boards and is a senior associate with the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
