Ayse Birsel

Ayse Birsel is a renowned industrial designer, executive coach, and author known for her Deconstruction:Reconstruction™ design process. She co-founded Birsel + Seck, a New York-based design studio, and has created products for major brands like Herman Miller, IKEA, and Toyota. Her work is featured in MoMA and the Cooper Hewitt. Ayse teaches design thinking at the School of Visual Arts and speaks globally on creativity, innovation, and social impact. She authored 'Design the Life You Love' and 'Design the LONG Life You Love,' focusing on personal transformation and aging. A Fulbright Scholar, Ayse is a frequent speaker at TEDx and corporate events.
