Cláudia Marquesani is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Copa Energia, the largest LPG distributor in Latin America. With over 29 years of experience in technology leadership, she has worked with companies like AmBev, IBM, Sodexo, Santander, and Petz. Claudia is a renowned speaker, mentor, and professor, frequently invited to prestigious events such as Brazil Day at Harvard, E-commerce Brasil, and TEDx Women Campinas. Her expertise spans digital transformation, technological innovation, artificial intelligence, and gender equality in IT. She is the co-author of books on female leadership and has been recognized multiple times as IT Executive of the Year. Claudia also organizes the first AI Immersion program exclusively for women and authored the book "It Could Only Be a Woman", a survival guide for women in the tech industry.
