Eliza Misiecka is a PhD holder, founder and head of the GENESIS PR agency, and a lecturer at the University of Economics in Krakow and the University of Warsaw's Institute of Journalism. She has been active in the PR industry since 1994, specializing in strategy, public relations, public affairs, marketing, and investor relations. Her work has earned 17 industry awards, including 11 international GWA IPRA and IBA STEVIE Awards. She is a member of the Council of the Association of PR Companies (ZFPR), involved in setting industry standards and ethics, and co-creator of the ZFPR Code of Good Practices and the Public Affairs Code of Good Practices. Since 2025, she has been a member of the PR Ethics Council (KEPR).
