Fernando Brancaccio is the founder of FairJob, a PeopleTech company that applies Neuroscience, Technology, and Emotional Management to create fairer, harmonious, and humane work environments. With 15 years of experience in people management, organizational culture, and governance, he helps companies promote empathy, well-being, and sustainable results. He is a researcher on Gross National Happiness, Psychological Safety, and Mental Health, integrating these concepts into organizational KPIs and ESG maturity. Fernando is also a speaker, writer, postgraduate professor, and certified advisor by FIA.
