Fortune Effiong is a Medical Laboratory Scientist, global health researcher, and social impact strategist. As the Executive Director of the Systematic Reviews Network (SRN), he focuses on bridging the evidence production gap between high- and low-income countries and improving evidence-informed decision-making. Effiong has led initiatives such as webinars and workshops in Rwanda, Nigeria, Uganda, and Ghana, promoting the production and use of systematic reviews and meta-analyses in LMICs. He has presented at international conferences, including the International AIDS Society Conference and the Global Forum on TB Vaccines. Effiong also serves as the National Secretary of Rising Scholars Nigeria, supporting research capacity-building programs.
