Fusion for Energy

Fusion for Energy (F4E) is the European Union’s Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy. It provides Europe’s contribution to ITER, the world’s largest scientific partnership aiming to demonstrate fusion as a viable and sustainable energy source. F4E supports fusion research and development initiatives, including the Broader Approach Agreement with Japan, and contributes to the construction of demonstration fusion reactors. Based in Barcelona, Spain, F4E collaborates globally with partners like Russia, Japan, China, India, South Korea, and the United States.
