Future Consumer Lab

Future Consumer Lab, based at the University of Copenhagen, focuses on future food designs with an emphasis on consumer behavior and sustainability. It operates primarily from the Frederiksberg Campus and is part of the largest university research and education unit in the Nordic region for food science.
