Isabelle Girard

Isabelle Girard is an entrepreneur and strategic health advisor with over 25 years of experience as a nurse, manager, and project leader in public and private sectors. She is the founder and president of Productions Plakett, the company behind PLS – Première ligne en santé, the largest gathering in Quebec and Canada dedicated to innovation, primary care, and community services. She also co-founded Femmes en santé, a francophone community of businesswomen and leaders committed to advancing female leadership in the health sector. Her work focuses on improving access, quality, and efficiency of frontline services through collaboration, innovation, and sustainable organizational transformation.
