Jarosław Stelmach

Jarosław Stelmach is a safety researcher, trainer, and popularizer, known for founding Safety Project and organizing the Safe Place Congress. He specializes in security training, crisis communication, and risk analysis, with a focus on anti-terrorism measures and safety audits. Stelmach is a retired military officer with extensive experience in aeromobile and special military units, and he holds a PhD in security sciences. He is also a lecturer at the University of Wrocław and an expert in various security-related fields, including physical protection and technical security.
