Joëlle Payom

Joëlle Payom is the founder of Rezalliance and the Rez-care.com platform, specializing in psychosocial risk and workplace harassment prevention. She combines law, psychology, and coaching to help organizations manage sensitive situations, offering services like independent investigations, training, and strategic advisory. Her work focuses on creating safer, inclusive workplaces through tools like the Workplace Harassment Baroscope and the International Day Against Harassment. She is also a lecturer at the University of Geneva and a columnist for Le Temps on work and equity issues.
