Julien Ribeyre

Julien Ribeyre is the Chief Digital Officer at Bpifrance, where he oversees the digital strategy and operations. His role involves managing a team of 70 internal collaborators and over 400 external providers, fostering a culture of product innovation. He leads the Open Innovation program, coordinating over 100 market experiments in fintech, AI, and open finance. Additionally, he directs the digital roadmap to support Bpifrance's climate initiatives, utilizing tech, data, AI, and design to accelerate ecological and energy transitions for French businesses. He also manages financial operations, procurement, and administrative functions for the digital division, overseeing a budget of over 80 million euros.
