Kristina Mikulova

Kristina Mikulova is a development financier and policy leader with over 13 years of experience in European integration, multilateral development banking, and policy development. She holds a DPhil in Political and Social Sciences from the University of Oxford and has worked across international organizations, government, and social science research. Her expertise spans infrastructure investment, SME financing, innovation and digitalization, environmental and social standards, and working in fragility and conflict contexts. Currently based in Ukraine, she is committed to advancing economic resilience, regional cooperation, and a stronger European future.
