Luiza Serpa

Luiza Serpa is the founder of Instituto Phi, a philanthropic organization dedicated to promoting collective well-being in Brazil. She transitioned from a corporate communication career to the nonprofit sector in 2014. Under her leadership, Instituto Phi has mobilized R$246 million, supporting over 2,000 social projects that benefited 3 million vulnerable Brazilians. Her work spans from community daycare support to strategic initiatives like food distribution during the pandemic, always focusing on transformative philanthropy and combating structural inequalities. She is also active in global and national philanthropic networks, including BMW Foundation and Skoll Foundation.
