Matthieu Poirot, Ph.D

Matthieu Poirot is a psychologist and crisis management consultant specializing in high-intensity psychosocial crises, including workplace harassment, post-suicide interventions, and organizational conflicts. He founded Midori Consulting and developed the ICI® methodology, integrating academic research with over 22 years of field experience. His work focuses on emergency interventions, internal audits, strategic advisory for leaders and HR, and training for consultants. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences and teaches in business schools and universities.
