Mercy A. Okiro

Mercy A. Okiro is a multiple award-winning alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practitioner and experienced board member, currently serving as Chairperson at the National Construction Authority. With a Master of Laws in International Commercial & Investment Arbitration, she specializes in mediation, arbitration, and construction adjudication. As an adjunct lecturer, she contributes to legal education, nurturing future leaders with insights from her extensive practical experience. She is also an inclusion advocate and actively participates in legal and governance initiatives, such as the Law Society of Kenya's Purple Ribbon March advocating for justice and rule of law.
