Mickaël Dell'ova

Mickaël Dell'ova is a Senior Player Experience Designer specializing in Game Design, UX design, accessibility, diversity, and inclusion in video games. He teaches Game Design and consults on player experience. He founded and presides over the EthicALL Game Jam, an international event focused on inclusion and ethics in gaming. He speaks publicly on integrating player psychology into design and advocates for representing all players regardless of gender, sexual orientation, culture, or ability.
