Nelson Leoni

Nelson Leoni is the CEO and co-founder of WideLabs, a Sovereign AI Foundry specializing in AI infrastructure for governments and regulated industries in Latin America. His work focuses on sovereign AI applications, including models, architectures with RAG, agents, and document understanding, emphasizing security, privacy, and compliance. He has a background in high-complexity environments, including military service and roles in digital communications at UNICEF and Isobar. Leoni is also an educator, having taught at FGV’s MBA programs and delivered over 400 talks globally.
