Prof. Humaid Al-Shamsi is a leading oncologist and the CEO of Burjeel Cancer Institute in the UAE. He is recognized as the first Emirati Professor of Oncology and holds multiple board certifications from the US, UK, and Canada. His work focuses on advancing cancer care through research, public education, and early detection advocacy. He has authored over 120 peer-reviewed articles and several books on cancer, including the first book on cancer research in the UAE.
