Ruth Zaipuna

Ruth Zaipuna is the Chief Executive Officer of NMB Bank Plc, Tanzania's most profitable lender, responsible for driving the bank's corporate strategy for sustainable growth. With a background in finance and auditing, she has held leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director for Tanzania Portland Cement Company Limited. Ruth holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam.
