Saad Dahlawi

Dr. Saad Dahlawi is a distinguished environmental leader based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with over 19 years of experience in environmental management, policy advocacy, and academic leadership. He holds a PhD in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Aberdeen and is a Fellow of the British Higher Education Academy. Currently, he serves as the Director General at the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC), where he directs strategic initiatives aligned with NCEC objectives. Dr. Dahlawi has spearheaded national environmental programs, published over 30 research papers, and led media campaigns to promote environmental awareness. His work focuses on sustainability, environmental compliance, and academic leadership, with a strong emphasis on integrating scientific advancements into policy and practice.
