SER Topvrouwen is a Dutch initiative focused on increasing the visibility and representation of highly qualified, board-ready women in the Netherlands. The organization advocates for gender diversity in corporate leadership, emphasizing innovation, balanced decision-making, and societal alignment. It was initiated by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science and the employers' organization VNO-NCW, and now operates as a foundation under the Social and Economic Council of the Netherlands (SER).
