Signe Ronka

Signe Ronka is an international medalist figure skater and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) who founded FLEXAFIT, a performance training platform for figure skaters. She provides structured on-ice and off-ice training tutorials, workouts, and technical drills focused on jump mechanics, spin technique, strength, flexibility, alignment, and injury prevention.
