Stepan Ushanov is a compliance, investigations, and risk management professional with 14 years of international experience across financial services, technology, industrial, and academic sectors. He currently leads the Internal Investigations function at Freedom Holding Corp., overseeing cross-border cases and group-wide initiatives across 50+ subsidiaries in 22 countries.
